Fabletics is seeking an Associate Merchant – Men’s based at our El Segundo Headquarters to support daily and monthly merchandising activities, analyze sales data, and maintain accurate product records. The role reports to the VP, Merchandising and requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or retail analytics.
• Working knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A team player who can also work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems; comfort with the MS Office Suite and AI tools.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Generate regular business recaps that help interpret current results, identify key learnings, and inform future strategy.
• Own and maintain accurate product data in Centric PLM, keep Miro visual assortment boards organized and current, and support deck preparation for quarterly IR cycles.
• Communicate business needs with cross functional teams; Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.
• Provide input in global assortment meetings to support team with selling and trend analysis to shape future assortments.
• Attend and participate in key cross‑functional meetings and presentations.
• Be obsessed with the competitive landscape, key trends, and market developments.
• Partner closely with the International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams to help guide and recommend assortments and support additional adhoc projects.
