Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Texas to uphold cleanliness across the club while delivering friendly member service. The role supports stocking supplies, maintaining locker rooms, and ensuring Life Time presentation standards.

You will handle daily cleaning tasks, towel processing, and respond to member questions about products and policies. This on-site position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used according to department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
