Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club spotless while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves daily cleaning, stocking towels, and maintaining locker rooms to Life Time standards.

You will assist members with questions about products and services, and help maintain inventory and safety across the facility. This position is on-site and requires mobility and the ability to lift light weights as part of routine duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to lift over 20 lbs.
• Able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• Strong service mindset and friendly interaction with members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, shelves and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products per budget.
• Answer member questions about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
