Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Eden Prairie, MN to ensure the club is clean, stocked, and presented according to Life Time standards. You will assist members, maintain locker rooms, and support daily operations to deliver a high-quality experience.

The role emphasizes consistent cleanliness, organization, and customer service while following budgeted consumable usage. This is an on-site position with opportunities for team growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
