Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in our Chicago club to uphold cleanliness, stock supplies, and maintain Life Time’s presentation standards throughout the facility. The role emphasizes care for locker rooms, towels, and equipment while delivering friendly member service.

You will respond to member inquiries, follow safety and cleanliness protocols, and support operations to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used in accordance with the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.00 and pays up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
