Hour House seeks a Counselor to provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder. You will work as part of a team with opportunities for consultation and supervision, and document care in electronic medical records.

The role requires one evening and one weekend day per week, and a valid driver's license to support transportation and program coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• 1+ years of social service experience.
• 3+ years of continuous sobriety.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery.
• Work as a member of a team with consultation and supervision.
• Documentation of care through electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work a minimum of one evening and one weekend day per week.

Descripción del empleo

The Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder. The counselor will work as a member of a team with ample opportunity for consultation and supervision. Documentation is accomplished through electronic medical records. This position will require working a minimum of one evening a week and one weekend day each week.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• 1 or more years of social service experience.
• 3 or more years of continuous sobriety.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Possess an active CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW license.

Pay:

$46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
