Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering excellent customer service. The club space must be clean, well-stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily maintenance tasks.
  • Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
  • Use locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals within the department's budget guidelines.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.

Preferred Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
Pay

This hourly position offers wages starting at $13.25 and up to $15.75, depending on experience and qualifications.
