The role requires deep knowledge of fabrics, insulation, fleece and technical constructions, plus the ability to translate trends into commercially viable products for major retailers.

Experience with factories on materials, costing, fit and development is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece, stretch materials and technical constructions.
• Experience translating outdoor trends into commercial product.
• Experience developing product for large retailers is highly preferred.
• Understanding of features like touchscreen compatibility, moisture management and weather protection.
