Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Men’s Cold Weather Accessories Specialist for our Performance & Outdoor division. You will guide products from concept through retail execution, translating outdoor and performance trends into commercially viable offerings for major retailers.

We value deep knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece and technical constructions, plus experience collaborating with factories on materials, costing, fit and development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece, stretch materials and technical constructions.
• Understanding of features such as touchscreen compatibility, grip applications, reflective details, moisture management, thermal properties and weather protection.
• Identify outdoor and performance trends and translate them into commercial product.
• Strong understanding of men's outdoor, active and cold-weather consumers.
• Experience working with factories on materials, construction, costing, fit and product development.
• Ability to build compelling seasonal assortments and presentations.
• Understanding of competitive brands and the outdoor/performance marketplace.

We are seeking an experiencedMen’s Cold Weather Accessories Specialistto join our growing apparel and accessories business.

The ideal candidate has a strong background inperformance, outdoor and active cold-weather productsand understands how to develop commercially successful product for major retailers.

• Balaclavas, gaiters and face protection

What We're Looking For

This role requires someone who understands the productfrom concept through retail execution, including:

• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece, stretch materials and technical constructions
