Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced Application Engineer with deep MEMS and multiphysics simulation expertise. You will collaborate with customers during evaluations, onboarding, and pre-sales, building, running and validating simulations across multiple domains.

The role involves leading benchmarking and developing Python-based workflows, with opportunities to contribute to AI-driven projects.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Physics or related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Strong expertise in MEMS.
• Proficiency with ANSYS, COMSOL or Abaqus.
• Strong understanding of FEM/FEA and underlying physics.
• Python scripting skills for automating and scaling simulation workflows.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers across technical evaluations, onboarding, advanced modelling and pre-sales activities.
• Lead technical benchmarking using industry-standard simulation tools.
• Develop sophisticated Python-based workflows for simulations.
• Contribute to AI-driven simulation projects and provide product feedback to Solver, ML and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
