Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with 12 years of technical leadership experience.
• Expertise in MEMS-based technologies, signal processing, system integration.
• Experience with implantable medical devices and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own heart failure management implantable MEMS sensor end to end from design through commercialization.
• Drive complex design components, automated equipment, embedded software and circuit tuning for manufacturability and product transfer.
• Develop complex manufacturing documentation such as drawings, SOPs, routers, and pFMEAs at various release levels.
• Ensure drawing review processes and tolerance stack‑up compliance.
• Lead fit testing of parts and fixtures aligned with manufacturing expectations from Pilot to Commercial.
• Create training and documentation for MEMS testing, laser welding, wire bond, and related processes.
• Lead strategy, prioritization, and technical support for root-cause investigations across manufacturing stages.
• Advance new technology in manufacturing equipment engineering and tooling.
• Support advanced root cause analyses for complaints, field failures, or supplier issues.
