Job summary
The Columbia Presbyterian Community, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), is seeking a Memory Support Care Partner to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents with memory impairment. You will assist with activities of daily living, emotional support, and ensure a safe, homelike environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Participate in social and recreational activities with residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
