Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience in a home care, facility, or healthcare setting.
• Direct experience delivering personal care (ADLs) and safe physical transfers.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and memory care support to clients.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and activities to promote independence.
• Observe, document, and report changes to the care management team.
• Adhere to the Plan of Care and safety protocols to protect clients and staff.
