Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, facility, or healthcare setting.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Experience with memory care (Dementia/Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication for safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Deliver memory care with calm, structured routines and verbal redirection as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding and dietary restrictions.
• Perform light household tasks and support client independence with activities.
• Observe changes and report to care management as required.
