Silverado The Huntington, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will blend empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

The role supports memory-impaired individuals in a safe, respectful environment and requires dependable, team-driven contributions. Compassion, integrity, and a heart for helping others live with dignity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation for attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communicator in English (spoken and written).
• Active role: walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
