You will perform daily living activities, build relationships with residents and families, and report changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
