Job summary

Avamere at Hillsboro in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Caregiver for memory care to support residents with daily living activities, emotional companionship, and safety. This role involves day shifts and PRN coverage to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience as a Caregiver in a Memory Care Unit and/or Assisted Living Facility.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain active CPR/First Aid Certification during employment.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with residents and guests.

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment including housekeeping and laundry.
