Job summary

Newport Beach Memory Care seeks dedicated Caregivers for our Memory Care community of 42 residents. Immediate afternoon/evening shifts available. Pay range $17.50-$19.00 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining safety, documenting care and reporting changes to supervisors. A compassionate approach and teamwork with nursing staff are essential to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care plans.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident care plan.
• Use PCC to confirm resident information during assistive tasks.
• Record notes, SPAs, and incident reports accurately and informatively.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility while ensuring safety.
• Maintain resident rooms and supplies, creating a warm, calm environment.
