Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing department in our Assisted Living Memory community, ensuring a safe, home-like environment where residents achieve and maintain wellness. You will oversee clinical staff, monitor resident health, and uphold high standards of care.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of RN experience, a WI RN license, and strong communication skills to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RN experience.
• Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care.
• Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice within the facility.
• Implements nursing policy and procedure and ensures smooth operation of the clinical department.
• Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Management and oversight of all nursing staff.
• Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility.
• Verifying that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties.
• Ensuring that operation of the Nursing Department remains consistently within budget.
• Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid.
