Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
- Must possess a current Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ condition and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Perform routine charting and documentation per policies.
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
