Job summary

Sagora Senior Living’s Lynridge of Arlington is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for memory care. You will help with daily living activities, safety, and comfort, supporting residents with independence and dignity in a memory care setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, care for residents with dementia, and teamwork with staff. Part-time, PRN positions available at the Arlington community.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status; conduct rounds to monitor hazards.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.
