Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Peoria, IL, is seeking a Resident Aide to provide daily living assistance with compassion and a friendly smile. You’ll support residents with activities of daily living and mobility, including basic tasks and supervision of medications as needed.

No experience is required as a comprehensive training program is provided. Weekend shifts and varied schedules are expected, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance with a friendly smile.
• Medication supervision where applicable and supportive care to residents.
• Basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
