Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Savoy, IL is seeking a full-time Resident Aide to assist residents with daily living activities, including medication supervision, feeding, and mobility support. This role supports residents in a memory care setting and contributes to a compassionate care environment.

The team emphasizes providing dignified care, with a training program for new staff and opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts; weekends required.
• Will consider experience as RA, DSP, caregiver, CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and assisting with restroom needs.
• Offer medication supervision and verbal encouragement to residents.
• Assist with basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
