Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, CO at Cherrywood Village is seeking talented and team-oriented associates to join a memory care team. The role involves assisting with medications, supporting daily living activities, and coordinating care to enhance resident well-being.

Shifts are Full-Time, Tue–Sat 10:30pm–6:30am, with pay $21.00–$23.00/hr plus $1.50 shift differential. Benefits include healthcare, 401k matching, PTO, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents for changes in condition and report to Care Services Director, RCC, or DCC.
• Provide medication set up and assistance; log medications and communicate concerns.
• Assist residents with simple requests and support activities of daily living.
• Track vital signs, weight, diabetic testing and insulin administration (where state allowed).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support wellness programs for residents.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and high standards of appearance and grooming.
