The Arbor Company is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager for Arbor Terrace Lakeway in Texas. You will lead a Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring compassionate, person-centered care and engaging programming for residents living with dementia.

Formación

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent communication.
• Oversee daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and after-hours support.
