Memory Care Program Assistant - Brookdale Centre of New England

Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading person-centered dementia programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  • Support review and documentation of residents' service plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and Brookdale standards.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities across various well-being domains.
  • Coordinate community events and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Support volunteer programs and perform personal care and household duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record.
Physical and Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Salary Range

$15.00 - $18.57 per hour.
