Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support residents with daily living in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care while learning residents' routines and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with aging adults in assisted living, memory care, or similar settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living based on their plan of care.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal-care needs.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Record and document vitals and weights as scheduled or ordered.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and communicate changes promptly.
• Provide one‑on‑one companionship and monitor changes in condition.
