Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an empathy-driven advocate and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents, identify interests and abilities, and support engagement plans.
• Prepare environments to support daily routines and resident experiences.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
