A dedicated senior living community in Pleasant Hill is seeking a Care Partner to assist residents with daily activities. The role includes working in a supportive team atmosphere, monitoring care plans, and documenting care accurately. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and prior caregiving experience is a plus, though training is provided. Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our resident with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices.
