Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents during the night shift and daytime coverage. You will support daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and a home-like environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respectful communication with residents and staff, and adherence to care plans to promote residents’ wellbeing and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication with residents, management and co-workers.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
