Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Tukwila is seeking Caregivers/MedTechs to support residents in our senior living community. This role covers activities of daily living, medication management as allowed by state, and daily progress reports.

Shifts run Tue–Sat, 2pm to 10:30pm, with full-time and part-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. We value compassionate, honest individuals who are dedicated to preserving dignity and wellness for the senior population.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
