Job summary

Ativo Albuquerque is seeking a Part-Time Medication Coordinator to support Memory Care residents in Albuquerque, NM. You will administer medications, monitor health, and document care with accuracy and compassion.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in caregiving or healthcare, and familiarity with electronic health records. You will work with the care team to ensure safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, preferably as a medication aide/technician.
• Training or experience in memory care or dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medication administration schedules per prescribed dosages and timing.
• Maintain updated records of residents’ medication lists and administration logs.
• Monitor storage and inventory levels; coordinate refills and supplies.
• Ensure safety protocols are in place to protect residents.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to leadership.
• Respect and uphold residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Collaborate with care team to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Supervisory responsibility: None.
