Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per health care provider orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution and incidents; observe residents for safety and report changes to the on-duty LN.
• Assist residents with ADL tasks (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, ambulation, transfers, meals, etc.).
• Observe for and report resident problems to supervisor and keep environment safe and clean.
