Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in memory care or assisted living preferred.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification and Food Handler's Card.
• Experience with EMR documentation and resident care planning.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to physician orders under RN supervision.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Record medications in the resident's EMR and notify pharmacy for refills.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and room.
• Monitor for side effects and report to Health Services.
• Assist in implementing comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Support medical appointments and communicate with providers.
• Observe residents, document status changes, and ensure confidentiality.
