Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities seeks a dedicated Med Tech for our Memory Care community in Arizona. The role focuses on safe medication administration and building meaningful resident relationships. Experience in memory care is preferred, with a requirement to work 2PM–10PM shifts.

The ideal candidate loves seniors and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment. Successful completion of Med Tech training is required, with at least six months in long-term or home care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech.
• Experience Working In a Memory Care Environment Preferred.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must love being around and working with seniors.
• Team Builder.
• Assessment Skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Administer the safe delivery and administration of medications.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents in memory care.
• Support activities of daily living and ensure resident safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Adapt to a fast-paced memory care environment and maintain documentation.
