You will oversee daily operations, develop and monitor individualized care plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and health care providers.

This full‑time role emphasizes respectful resident engagement, accurate documentation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Florida.
• Proven memory care or senior living experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Supervise and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
