Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager (LPN certified) to lead the memory care team and ensure compassionate, compliant resident care across our premier southwest Florida community. You will oversee daily operations, develop and monitor individualized care plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and health care providers.

This full‑time role emphasizes respectful resident engagement, accurate documentation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Florida.
• Proven memory care or senior living experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
