Job summary

Franciscan Ministries in Indiana seeks a Memory Care Manager to support the Resident Services Director, provide clinical oversight, and ensure quality of care for residents.

You will supervise nursing services, assist with staff hiring, handle assessments and care plans, participate in the QAPI Committee, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Experience in nursing management and proficiency with electronic health records (Point Click Care preferred) are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in practicing state; CPR preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services including ADLs and medications.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and orientation of clinical staff.
• Schedule staff to ensure community coverage.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with families.
• Audit electronic health records and ensure compliance.
