Job summary

Edgewood Spearfish invites applications for a Memory Care Manager. This full-time role covers day shifts at our Spearfish, SD community and focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

You will lead staff recruitment, collaborate on education and retention, and work to optimize budgets and census targets while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being for residents.

Qualifications
