Job summary

Silverado San Juan Capistrano is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide compassionate clinical care to residents with memory impairments. The role blends medical skills, empathy, and teamwork to support daily living activities and health monitoring.

You will work on a full-time AM shift, Sunday to Wednesday, with anticipated pay range of $35–$38 per hour and a strong benefits package including insurance, retirement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Experience in senior care or memory care preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments
