Job summary
Silverado Huntington, a memory care innovator, is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide compassionate clinical care for residents with Alzheimer’s and memory-related conditions. This part-time PM shift offers opportunities for growth within a top-rated workplace.
You will support daily living activities, monitor health, document care, and coordinate with families and physicians in a team-focused setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Active LVN/LPN license.
- Experience in senior care or memory care settings preferred.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance.
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
- Comfortable working around animals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
- Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
- Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
- Support a safe, respectful environment for residents with memory impairments.
