Responsibilities

• Review, plan, coordinate and evaluate residents' care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident condition and nursing needs accurately and timely; report observations.
• Direct and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care level.
• Administer medications, initiate physician orders and communicate changes to families.
