Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence, affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will deliver nursing care to residents with dementia, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs within a dedicated memory-care environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Maintain highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for residents.
