Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Clinton, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our memory care communities. The LPN will support daily resident care, collaborate with care teams, and implement care plans.

Ideal candidates have a current LPN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. We offer meaningful work, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents
• Guide and support RA and CNA staff as needed

• Make resident safety a daily priority
• Continually assess, record and monitor resident health for concerns
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs

LPNs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents.
