Job summary

Garden Spot Village is seeking an LPN to support memory care at Meadow View, a memory support community. The role emphasizes person-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position supports a Flex or Per-Diem schedule with a minimum of 16 weekend hours per month, offering benefits including health insurance, a 401K with company match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania under the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends as scheduled.
• Strong organizational, initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.
• May rotate shifts and work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per physicians’ orders.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to physicians and nursing supervisor.
• Supervise CNAs and coach them according to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations within the unit.
