Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in New York's memory care unit is seeking a dedicated LPN for day shift on a rotating schedule. You will provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents with dementia through person-centered activities and careful monitoring.

Qualifications

• Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• LPN licensure required to care for memory‑care residents.
• Ability to work in a team with RN and interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and resident activities.
• Collaborate to establish care priorities and document plans.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy per standards.
• Uphold nursing policies and safety regulations.
• Offer compassionate support to residents and families.
