Silverado in Frederick, MD is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for multiple shifts to support residents living with memory impairments. This role blends clinical skill with compassionate care in a memory care environment.

You will work with residents, families and physicians, perform daily living activities, monitor health and document care accurately. Prior Vocational Nursing and active license required; memory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: experience in senior or memory care settings.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Clear communicator in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Comfortable around animals; teamwork oriented.
