Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create and implement personalized Life Skills programs for residents with memory loss. You will organize enrichment activities, review profiles, and document participation to support resident well-being.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, strong communication, and organizational skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required; group activity leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
