Job summary

Navion Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Director at Gates House to lead the daily life enrichment program for memory care residents. This full-time role on the day shift focuses on engaging residents through meaningful activities and strong community partnerships.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, collaborate with leaders, and manage a calendar of experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a senior living environment.
• Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Maintain state certifications or licenses as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, manage and develop volunteer-based activities and programs for residents.
• Collaborate with department heads and the Executive Director to network with local schools, businesses and social organizations for volunteers and resources.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of activities and events for residents and families.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to meet targets.
• Provide leadership by recruiting, hiring, coaching and retaining a high-performing team.
