Memory Care Life Enrichment Assistant (Education)

Welcome! We're glad you're exploring a rewarding role in our community. Sometimes called Activities Assistant, we prefer to title this position as a Full-time Reflections (Memory Care) Life Enrichment Assistant.

Our community, Inspiritas, is home to residents with Dementia and other cognitive care needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a vital role in helping residents enjoy each day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Getting to know residents to assist in planning and implementing spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities that promote engagement and fulfillment.
  • Promoting and communicating upcoming events and activities.
  • Organizing and facilitating activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
  • Using social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.

We seek candidates who:

  • Connect quickly with people and enjoy learning about others.
  • Possess talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
  • Are creative and energetic.
  • Hold an active Driver's license in good standing.
